FREDERICK W. COOK

Frederick Cook is a licensed therapy practitioner who serves on the Board of Directors for Beyond Barriers as an Associate Director and is an Interventionist. He is also a well-respected artist having sold over 200 pieces of art in 12 countries and a multi-time published author. 

Frederick Cook began his journey into extremism at a young age and culminated in his becoming the Chief of Staff of the National Socialist Movement, under Jeff Schoep. In 2013, Frederick left the far-right movement and consciously began working towards introspection and healing for himself, his family, and for those afflicted by his past extremism. Once free from his past ideology Frederick began making friends of all races, nationalities, religions, genders, sexualities etcetera. One of his best friends Brian (aka Bee) a black man who helped Fred to be free of his past beliefs, committed suicide in 2015 and it shook him to his core.

Frederick began studying numerous therapies and methods to help alleviate others suffering. He attained the following certifications:

• Neuro-linguistic Programming Practitioner licensed by the American Board of NLP
• Master Hypnotherapist and Ericksonian Hypnotherapist through the Sussex Hypnotherapy Centre
• EFT/TFT tapping under Graham Nicholls
• Strategic Life Coach under the Priority Academy
• Stress Management practitioner under Glory Dimitrova
• Reiki Master and teacher under Lisa Powers
• ISSA certified kickboxing instructor
• Master Instructor 5th degree black belt under Alton Case
• Shodai Soke under the International Black Belt Association
• Member of the Complementary Therapists Accredited Association

As a practitioner, Frederick Cook has over 160 hours. He is also an and assists Beyond Barriers in various capacities as the Associate Director and Interventionist.
